SNATCH GANG STAND UP!!… Now if you’re not familiar with the phrase “snatch gang”, let me introduce to you, K CHENELLE FITNESS, the brand created to bring you “A Lifestyle Fitness”. K CHENELLE FITNESS is based out of Atlanta, GA and is owned and operated by Karmen Orr. K CHENELLE FITNESS, often times referred to as KC FIT formed its roots in hard grounds, but no matter how hard things were it all turned out to be good soil for the KC FIT brand.

Karmen found herself at new place in life once her husband, Dwight Orr, began his fight against paralysis after a near fatal car crash. Where most people would have crumbled in a situation such as this, Karmen Orr prevailed. Karmen and Dwight became the ultimate team. As she helped to give her husband his strength back, he was helping her gain her own. During this time Karmen was battling depression. No one around her had even noticed, and she suffered in silence. But she remained focused and persistent in the fight with her husband, and together they worked to get Dwight to a full stand. Now they are working towards getting him to walk again!

As progress with her husband developed, Karmen felt a shift in her mind and realized her family and herself needed a change. It was then that KC FIT was born. Karmen began to change her lifestyle; from her eating habits, incorporating exercise into her daily routine, and breathing self love into her spirit. When people began to see the difference in her, they wanted to get a little piece of what she had to offer. Karmen saw this as an opportunity to finally give back to people (exceptionally women). She also saw it as a way to generate generational wealth for her daughter and future descendants. It has been the best decision she’s made in her life!

Karmen’s services offered by KC FIT are extensive and continue to grow. As a certified fitness trainer, Karmen can get you nice and fit online through virtual training, or face to face in one-on-one workout sessions. KC FIT has its own line of products such as; Snatch belts, Snatch Vests, 2pc sports sets, sport bras, hats, tees, and more! Karmen is dedicated to expanding her knowledge as she is now studying nutrition and group fitness, and plans to share what she knows through her YouTube channel “The Room”. In “The Room” no subject is off limits. There you can hear her speak on “Breaking Generational Curses”, “The Life of Being a Business Owner”, “The Elephants in the Room of Minority Families”, etc. alongside her co-host Amora Kennedy.

In the next 5 years Karmen sees her brand being on the corporate level. She desires to have a minimum of 2 Life centers available for her Snatch Gang. One being located in SC and the other being in GA. She sees herself owning a storefront in the Lenox or Phipps Mall to sale her products, and prays for continual growth in her online catalog as well as YouTube subscribers. The ultimate goal is to bring jobs and fun filled fitness into the lives of as many people as possible.
